Today we drove up into Portland’s Washington park and walked through the Japanese Garden. Afterward we drove down to Whole Foods, bought sandwiches and returned to the park for a picnic and a walk through the Rose Garden.
After arriving in McMinnville and checking into the motel, we drove to the Gould’s where we joined Debbie, Ken, Heather, Kevin, Sherri and Edna for a delicious dinner of grilled salmon, cheese cake and other fine dishes.

Wow, the dinner looked delicious. The Chef must be almost as good as Jim. Vickie, I can see that Ken is your brother, especially the resemblence through his eyes. It all looks like a good trip!
